Public Hearing
WHAT: Both remote and in-person opportunities will be offered for the public to provide live testimony on the draft TransAction Plan and draft TransAction Project List. Due to pandemic concerns, it is strongly encouraged for testimony to be provided remotely or comments submitted in advance.
WHEN: September 8, 2022 at 7 p.m. ET
HOW: The public must sign up in advance to provide live testimony, in one of the following three ways:

- In-person: NVTA’s Offices on September 8, 2022, Sign-in from 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET: 3040 Williams Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22031
*Advanced registration by September 6th preferred.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The Public Hearing will conclude when the last registered speaker has been provided an opportunity to present. Those registered to provide testimony will be given three minutes to comment.
**If you sign up to provide remote live comment, detailed instructions on how to participate remotely will be provided on September 7, 2022. Note: Virtual participation will require logging in to the Zoom platform.
